The NFL 2025 draft is just around the corner, which means that the NFL 2025 preseason is also approaching. After the great event in Green Bay at the end of this month, the low season will move quickly. In fact, some teams are even starting their “preseason” next week.
The low -season volunteer program of the NFL has three phases. Phase one is limited two weeks to meetings, plus strength and conditioning; Phase two are three weeks of training in the field without live contact; Phase three are 10 days of organized equipment practice. NFL teams can have a mandatory mini -family for veteran players, but must be carried out during phase three of the low season program. The new NFL chief coaches obtain an additional voluntary veteran mini -family.
