Pokémon Tcg Pocket is ready to make radical changes in its most controversial characteristic.
One of the key mechanics of the game is configured for a scan change after the player’s violent reaction. The game exchange function, which allows players to exchange cards with each other, is configured to eliminate their controversial currency in the game instead of a new system that uses a separate currency that has already been collected since the beginning of the game.
A blog post in the official Pokémon forums establishes that when the update is displayed, the exchange of tokens, the controversial currency that was required to exchange cards, will be completely eliminated from the game.
“On the other hand, three diamond exchange cards, four diamonds and a rarity of a star will now require shining,” says the publication. Shinedust is a currency that players have been winning since the beginning of the game, and is currently used to obtain special flairs in the cards.
Exchange tokens players will currently have a shining when the update is displayed. Although a specific date for changes in trade has not been announced, the Pokémon company states that “in autumn of 2025” will be implemented.
The blog post also announced that a game in the game that allows players to “share cards that you are interested in trade” will be introduced at some point, however, a deadline for that was not given.
According to the blog post, promotion cards and two -star rarity cards, which cannot be negotiated, they can become negotiable in the future.
The Pokémon company has said that it has no plans to add Pokémon Tcg Pocket to the list of Pokémon competitive games.
“We are always seeing different titles,” said Chris Brown, director of Pokemon Company of Global Evaports, during an interview with VGC.
“Pokémon’s dream is also out there,” Brown said, laughing. Last April, Pokemon Company launched a parody trailer for the Pokemon Sleep Champion tournament to celebrate April Innocents Day.
“But at this time there are no plans for Pokemon Pocket to join, but we are always looking at things.”
