Sony has silently expand the cloud transmission function on its PS Portal portal to include a series of games of its classic catalog.
The transmission function was launched in November last year and allows PS Premium subscribers to transmit games directly to the hand computer without the need for a PS5 console.
Since then, Sony has been adding in silence to the service, which now includes almost all PS1 and PSP games of the classic catalog in the transmission library (thanks Truetrophies).
In its launch, the beta version allowed the players to access “Select PS5 Games”, with more than 120 games included. Now players can immerse themselves in the tastes of Ape escape, Tekken, Legend of Dragoon and more.
As follows in Beta, the cloud transmission service is only available in 30 countries, although that includes the United Kingdom.
As per the playstation blog, The Service Can Be Accessed In: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Grece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Poland, Portugal, Portugal, Republic of Cyprus, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.
It is not clear when the service will arrive completely worldwide, but for now it is clear that Sony is anxious to add to the games catalog, even if it does not include news in its regular PS Plus updates.
