The corner of the Tennessee Titans, L’Ar Jarius Sneed, is being sued for at least $ 1 million for his supposed role in a shooting on December 6 in Carrolton, Texas, according to Associated Press. The man who demands SNEED states that the defensive or his personal assistant shot him while in a distributors batch.
According to the reports, much of the police report obtained by the AP was written, but a Texas man states that he was sitting inside a vehicle when they shot from a Lamborghini Urus traveling beyond inherited engines. No one was beaten by any bullet. The lawyer Levi McCathern says that Sneed and the other suspect were arrested by aggravated assault with a mortal weapon.
“The test is there,” said McCathern. “There is video surveillance of the concessionaire that shows the car and the person who opened fire against Christian. We want to know why this happened. We are grateful that no one was shot, but we were still looking for reason behind this incident.”
The civil lawsuit appeared last month in Dallas, Texas County, demanding Sneed and “John Doe” for “an attack not caused in cold blood and wide daylight.” The demand includes a photo of a surveillance video that shows an arm that comes out of a car that contains what the demand states is a gun.
McCathern also states that Sneed and a woman, who identified herself as Sneed’s mother, called the man and threatened him, without wanting to cooperate with the police or file a lawsuit.
A spokesman for the Titans told the AP that the team is “aware of the matter and has been in contact with the security of the NFL for the league protocol.” McCathern said they contacted the Titans about the incident but did not receive an answer.
“It is clear that the Titans drive their players outside the field as they do in the field. It is not surprising that they were the worst NFL team last year,” said McCathern.
Sneed, who won two Super Bowls with the Kansas City Chiefs, was changed to the Titans the last low season and signed a four -year contract and $ 76.4 million. He played in just five games before being closed during the year due to a quadruple injury.
