A Sims fan believes he has stumbled upon evidence of unannounced MySims games.
According to Redditor OyeDiego, the MySims Action Bundle and MySims Beacon Bay pages briefly appeared in the EA app over the weekend, although neither pack has been previously confirmed by publisher EA.
To reinforce the claim, the poster included a screen recording of what they saw.

“Last night I found broken pages for MySims Action Bundle and MySims Beacon Bay in the EA app,” the poster explains. “It also had no images or summaries, only the title, PEGI 7, and a date of 2099.
“He didn’t leave [sic] I pre-ordered them so I saved them to my wish list. I couldn’t find the games today by searching for them, but they were still on my list. But Beacon Bay was causing the app to crash. However, the action package was still intact.
“When I completely restarted the app, both games disappeared from my wishlist and I couldn’t find them anymore.”

While the OP couldn’t calm all the cynics that the video was actually taken from the EA app, one user said in his defense: “I work as a developer. It would be a lot of work to create a clone of the EA app just to provide both pages.” without ending like 500 error codes. It would take a lot to imitate the UI and settings of the application just as bait.
“I don’t see any reason why this wouldn’t be real, and the hypothetical response of deleting the post turns people away from wanting to post here via Twitter.”
Other fans hypothesize that the action pack reads like Agents and Skyheroes, while Beacon Bay is a throwback that only players of The Sims 3 on Nintendo DS can remember, and could well be a new MySims game. .
Is the video real? Who knows. But with The Sims’ 25th anniversary approaching, it’s certainly plausible that a pack of older, fan-favorite games is on the way. We’ve reached out to EA and will let you know when we know more.
Speaking of the 25th anniversary, this all kicks off on February 4 with a “huge” free update to The Sims 4 that introduces over 70 new items spanning the Create a Sim and Build Buy modes. There’s talk of turtlenecks and jumpsuits, biker shorts, accessories and hairstyles. Meanwhile, new furniture includes “sleek” windows and doors, wood finishes for kitchen cabinets, and even a new pirate ship on the playground.
