WPL 2024/25, RCB-W vs UPW-W 18th Match Preview

Who is playing

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) vs. UP Warriorz (UPW)
Ekana cricket Stadium, Lucknow, 7.30pm Ist

What to expect: RCB I hope to stay alive

The focus is in RCB. In the fourth place, the defenders will have to win their two remaining games, starting with this contest against Warriorz, located in the background, and then waiting for other results to continue their way to qualify for the playoffs. Losing even one of the next two games will leave them out of the dispute. Warriorz, meanwhile, was knocked out by Gujarat Giants on Friday and will seek to finish the season in a maximum.

Four consecutive losses after two successive victories have left RCB with more questions than answers. The batting has seemed too dependent on Ellyse Perry, with Smriti mandhana in the middle of a lean patch. The rest of the alignment has been inconsistent. While Renuka Singh, Kim Garth and Georgia Wareham have assumed the greatest responsibility with the ball and have 25 combined WICKETS, it has been found that RCB wanted with their fourth and fifth bowling options. Will a six -day break help you recover?

Warriorz has fought in all departments, and the cheap constant of his batting order has not helped. Chinelle Henry, despite being explosive for death, has not received a rise to address the problems of medium. Decepti Sharma has also had a disappointing excursion as captain and bowling player, picking up five WICKETS in seven games at an economic rate of 8.11. Sophie Ecclestone has been the only bowling of bowling that has seemed threatening.

The last time these two parts were found, the game witnessed a super full of drama about the end with Warriorz reaching the top.

With Mandhana and Danni Wyatt-Hodge fighting for the shape at the top, the approach will be in Perry. Lucknow has already witnessed three means in the first two games, all from the first -order batters. Perry has to do it again, with the RCB season at stake.
