In advance of fatality: the imminent arrival of the dark age, Microsoft has presented a selection of limited edition Xbox accessories, including a wireless controller that looks like the elegant tones of the Doom Slayer.
Starting with the controller, his body, the buttons and the directional pad are all of the green chest plate, while his thumb the right thumb has been red to coincide with the increased nipple of the Doom Slayer, or “port of chest” as Microsoft insists on calling it. That is together with “silver coating” for the pieces of grip and “3D silver hull” that surrounds the Xbox guide button.
It is a quite ingenious thing, and costs £ 74.99/$ 79.99 USD, which includes the Doom Slayer Executyer Skin DLC for Doom: The Dark Age. It is available to buy exclusively at Microsoft Store until April 18, after which it will go to other retailers.
Xbox Elite Series 2 fans have their own option, with Microsoft also announcing a variant of fatality: the variant of the dark age of their premium controller. This is a bit more dim, with a black body, buttons and garnet sticks, in addition to a final nasal bleeding flower. Surely Slayer’s giant red brand seems a bit discreet, but you can’t have everything. This cost £ 179.99/$ 199.99 and is available as of April 25, although it can pre -order it now.
And finally, the Slayer brand returns for a wrapping of the Xbox X xbox X series of limited edition designed to resemble a kind of collapsed stone obelisk and sprinkled with blood. It also includes some striking entrails, scribbled with “inscriptions and indescribable symbols of the deepest levels of hell.” It is compatile with the DISC and All-Digital consoles Series X and costs £ 49.99/54.99 USD. Both the Doom: The Dark Ages Wrap and Elite Series 2 are exclusive to Microsoft Store. And if any of these like, you will find more details here.
As for Doom: The Dark Ages, it is launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on May 15. It also seems promising, with the purchase of Robert de Eurogamer calling him a “bold reinvention [and] A brave departure “earlier this year.
