Fast travel, a feature from Fallen Order that was fervently desired, will be included in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, according to Respawn Entertainment.
Fast travel and other traversal options will be available in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, according to Respawn Entertainment, to make getting from point A to point B faster. Even though Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order received a lot of positive reviews, it wasn't without its detractors. Many Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order players found it frustrating that there was no fast travel available. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor won't experience the same issue thanks to Respawn's proactive measures.
Most players of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order who progressed through the game in a largely conventional manner wouldn't have too much trouble with the absence of fast travel. It only became a problem when players wanted to go above and beyond and try to complete the game, collect every collectible, or otherwise explore every nook and cranny in the game. The journey back to the Singer Mantis could be painful, but players found ways to get around the lack of quick travel by repeatedly dying.
Respawn Entertainment claims that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will make traveling much easier. The game's director, Stig Asmussen, talks about Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in an upcoming issue of Play Magazine. According to Asmussen, the upcoming game will feature a point-to-point fast travel system similar to what is frequently present in contemporary games with open worlds or sizable map areas.

Asmussen confirms that fast travel isn't the only mode of transportation available in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. According to Asmussen, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will also include mounts, which are creatures that can be ridden between points. That is, players will not only be able to ride a mount from point A to point B, but they will also be able to fast travel back to point A and vice versa. It will be much easier to find collectibles.
Of course, it's unfortunate that players will have to wait a little longer to use the new traversal features in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will now debut on April 28 according to a recent announcement from EA. Unfortunately, there is no way to travel quickly to bring April forward.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's release date will be extended, but Respawn Entertainment seems to be making every effort to make the wait worthwhile. The next-generation console will be the only platform for the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order sequel, allowing for significant improvements in graphics settings and loading times. Fast travel is now possible, possibly as a result of improvements in loading times.
