More details about the upcoming regions are now available thanks to recent Genshin Impact leaks, which should happen within the next few months.
A new Genshin Impact leak reveals more information about upcoming map expansions. With each new update, game developer HoYoverse continues to unlock new areas of the map. A new desert region was added in the western portion of Sumeru in the previous version 3.4.
The desert will reportedly grow even larger in the upcoming Genshin Impact update 3.6, making Sumeru the game's largest region by a wide margin. By the end of the current Archon Chapter, Sumeru may grow to be bigger than the three previous regions put together.
Teyvat's world is divided into seven distinct major regions, four of which can be explored in the current version of the game. Mondstadt, the game's first region, is allegedly incomplete, and the portions of the map that are currently viewable only make up about 60% of the entire region. More details about the upcoming map expansions are revealed by a fresh leak on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit. The post claims that the upcoming significant update will introduce a new area of Mondstadt along with a brand-new significant region, which is anticipated to be Fontaine. When compared to Sumeru and Inazuma, the entire region of Mondstadt seems out of date, according to many comments in the comment section.
Fans contend that every other area of the game does a far better job of portraying its symbolic component. Varka, the Grandmaster of the Knights of Favonius, is a legendary figure who may finally be introduced in the new area of Mondstadt. Varka is one of the most significant characters in the area, but he hasn't yet made an official appearance, and the official plot revealed that he's busy with a significant expedition right now.
The renowned explorer Alice is another Mondstadt character who might be introduced in the near future. Given that her daughter Klee uses the same element, travelers would anticipate that she would be a Pyro user. She was referred to by Albedo as one of Teyvat's most potent mages, which may indicate that the catalyst is her main weapon.
