A Genshin Impact fan offers a clever Geo rework suggestion that might reintroduce the characters using this element to the meta.
The Geo element would become much more viable in the current character meta, according to an intriguing change that a Genshin Impact fan has suggested. One of the seven elements that the game's characters can employ is geo. Some of the playable units, such as the seven Archons, use their divine powers while the majority use Visions to control elemental powers.
In Genshin Impact, combining elements will cause various elemental reactions that have a range of outcomes, from completely immobilizing enemies to increasing the team's damage potential. In order to counter the elemental weaknesses of the opposition, players must put together the right party in some domains, such as the Spiral Abyss.
Geo has become a much more isolated element since the recent release of Dendro, and many players decide not to have any Geo characters on their team. When players attack enemies who are Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro-affected, this element's only reaction, Crystalize, builds a shield. Despite the fact that Crystalize can occasionally be helpful, players still prefer to base their teams on other elemental reactions because they are much more advantageous to their team overall. A brilliant idea has been shared on Reddit by a user going by the handle average-reddit-user that would increase the value of the Geo element in many team compositions.
The post claimed that depending on the element it interacts with, the reworked Crystalize would bestow a different buff on the entire team. For instance, all party members would deal more damage if they picked up a Pyro Crystalize shard. Since some Electro characters scale with this stat, Electro would provide more Elemental Recharge to every team member.
Players appear to support the suggested changes as evidenced by the post's over 600 upvotes and numerous comments stating that they would significantly improve the game's current Geo characters. Only a small number of Geo characters are currently used by the vast majority of players. Most players who want this component in their team composition probably choose Zhongli as their first option.
The Geo Archon is an exception, though, since players primarily choose them because of their utility-rich kits rather than his element. Zhongli is regarded by many Travelers as being the best support in Genshin Impact because of his ability to both build a powerful shield and deal a ton of damage with his Planet Befall.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
